Three more pounds have lost their way off my body! Seeing 121.5 on the scale is SO weird! I almost don't even believe it. Looks like I'll be able to achieve my goal of 120 pounds. But I know myself. I'll see that and wonder if I can get to 115. And the crazy thing is that I raised my calorie intake by about 200 per day during the last 4 or 5 days. Well, right after Christmas I weighed 140 pounds. I didn't want to get up to 150 like I did last winter so I decided to put a stop to it. And now, 2 months later I am down to 124.5. I was probably 13 or 14 the last time I weighed around this much. I get confused whenever I think about my weight. I'll hear it as 130something in my head and then I smile. Cuz it's not 130something. The weight just keeps falling off. Everyday I get up and the number is lower. I have lost 3 1/2 pounds in the last 4 days. It's crazy. I restricted my calories after eating at the buffet over the weekend. I dropped it about 300 per day to get back to where I was and now the weight is dropping off me like mad. It's my birthday today and I feel GREAT! In 5 weeks I've lost 9 pounds and I couldn't be happier. After almost 2 weeks of not losing ANY weight. I dropped a pound and a half this morning. Making me rethink my birthday treat of ooey gooey cheesy pizza.

I started working out a month ago today. I have only skipped 2 days. I always want fast results and if I don't get them I usually give up. I haven't this time. I have lost 8 pounds over the last month and about 2 inches off my waist. I have to be careful with my calorie intake. I tend to be obsessive compulsive and will end up lowering my calorie intake to a point that isn't healthy and then I end up binging. But I'm staying positive. Hey, I lost 75 pounds...
