Well today i FINALLY signed up for weight watchers (ww) to help me with the meal planning and limitations. I have a huge sweet tooth and usually thats what throws my diet plans iff. At least with WW i can still eat food, and food i like; and not be hungry or subjected to horribly tasting foods. So along with WW i've come up with a workout plan. Hitting the gym at least 5 days a week will put me at losing 10-15lbs a month. I would like to get back into my size 16 this winter. Hell i would even li...
