I've been on a yo-yo gain/lose weight cylce for years. I'm sure that I've gained and lost 100+ lbs over the years. The problem is that most days I'm too lazy to exercise and I lay in bed after I eat dinner. Yep, you guessed it right, I then fall asleep. It's an unhealthy combination; a recipe for Obesity.
