I look at so many people around me who are overweight. The first excuse is "I can't afford to eat right". Well it's free to eat less. I started off just eating a lot less. Like 1/2 of a 99 cent cheeseburger. The second excuse "I don't have time to exercise". Well if you do leg lifts while walking to get your food you'd be surprised how much exercise you will end up doing. Stop enabling yourself to be FAT! You deserve more. Your b
