So having FitClick to jot down my food and calories is really keeping me on track! I am not sure if my scale is right or not, may need to change the batteries in it...LOL! One day I am such a weight and two days later, I gained 5 lbs! Something wrong here!
Tonight I am going to do the Biggest Loser beginner workout to see how I do...and gradually increase my time and endurance.
Gotta start somewhere...but I am committed!

So, I decided to start out easy and walk for exercise. Winter walking sucks! It's icy and dangerous! What is another way to walk (not in a mall) without killing yourself on the ice?

At my heaviest I was 350 lbs. I am trying to get myself back. By myself, I mean an active person, with the housework done and not just sitting on the couch watching tv, filling my face at night.
I want to get healthy again! I don't want to feel blah all of the time...I want energy back!
I really need to commit to this program and do what needs to be done!
