I dont understand why it is soo hard for me to find time to work out. And why do i make up sooo many excuses why i cant. I know that i have to work out to get the weight off but i feel so tired all the time. SEE another excuse. so i am making a goal for myself for the next 2 months EVERY day that i have off i WILL walk for 1 hour ATLEAST! Good luck to ME!
