I decided yesterday to change the way I eat and to start an exercise program. Because of a thyroid condition, I do best on a Mediterranian diet. I would like to lose 40+ lbs. I am poor about drinking water. My goal is to be smaller and more fit for my daughter's wedding on Jan. 2nd of next year. Today I did 30 minutes of strengthen exercises and so far I have stayed on the diet plan and I feel full and satisfied. Hopefully journ
