Back at it!

Well I decided not to wait until January to start my journey back to my goal weight.  I have let myself go for too long and it's time for some serious interest in myself!  This Christmas was extremely stressful and then it snowed on Christmas day.  Needless to say we were stuck in the house and something about that makes you want to eat and eat and eat!  Today has been a challenge but I know I can do it!  I have been there before and I will be there again!
