I am working towards a more balanced eating lifestyle and today is the second day of cleansing my body of unnecessary processed food hormones and ridding me of my addiction to carbs and sugar.
I would just like to say that all I want right now is a milkshake and a bowl of tater-tots! But I am happy to say that I am enjoying my veggies and rice crackers with hummus! and I am feeling better. I am already seeing some weight loss as well, which always makes ya feel better!
