Last night went out urban riding with the guys I work with. Was awesome funs. We put in almost 20 miles which was surprising as I didn't think we went that far. I rode my single speed and so managed a workout even though it was meant to be a leisure ride.
Positive effects were balanced by the beer and tater tots I had at the Bulldog and half a beer I had at Memory Lanes. Didn't eat that man tater tots but still, not sure I did any better than even things out.
