I added in walking a mile at lunch so that I did not have to do it at home. Sure does make it easier. I also ran a lot of stairs today. It was hard to eat right today, but I still did it. The water drinking is easy now. I like that. I also like that I have more good energy, I am still kinda tired but I feel that is due to the lack of caffeine that I have grown accustom to! I got my friend at work to do some things with me, it sure does help to have someone on your team! I know we can do ...

Another good day, hard, but good. I resisted food at The feast at my daughters school and then had a headache, the caffeine withdrawals are getting to me. I will make it and will lose this weight!

Today I started the diet, simple goals.
No Soda
Lots of water
Less than 1200 cal intake
Read my Bible
Work out 5 days a week no matter what!
Simple right? I have all but one done for today, I just need to read and get to bed!
I wan to lose this weight before my birthday, a little over 6 weeks away!
