I am now 50 LBS+ down!! Slow but steady. I have broke my weight loss into smaller goals. My first MAJOR goal was to get under 200. But I work on 10 at a time. I'm on my LAST 10 before I reach my first goal!! Also was told once to reward yourself for reaching a major goal, BUT not with food. Don't really want to buy clothes, I'm loosing a size every 3 months. Maybe a movie? Side note: PMS SUCKS!! Sorry, had to let that out!!

Well I stopped dieting! I have 'dieted' for years with success and failures. Have decided that a life change rather than a 'diet' is required. I started a while ago with over 100lbs to loose. Lost over 40lbs but still working on it. Changing my lifestyle to a healthy way of life isn't easy but you know what! "I'M WORTH IT". That is going to be my new montra!!
