Had heartburn pretty bad yesterday evening. I havn't took protonic in at least 3-4 weeks maybe longer. It would happen on the last day of the month - too late to get my refil at ins. rate. Anyway, I started my Anstrom Iron yesterday and my alive liquid multi vitamin this morning. I drunk it straight and it was horribly nasty. My next dose I will mix in V-8 until I can get some more OJ.
