It's been about 10 months since i quit my job and all i did around was depressing, eating, worrying and worst thing was doing nothing.. i gained 20 lbs within 10 months which really bad for me. so now i am back on my own again and i want to change something good for myself. i promise myself that i will be exercise about 2 hours a day for 5 days a week and control what i am eating.. eat less frying food and cut back dessert/chocolate bar. also don't eat anyt...
