Well today was pretty good. I ate healthy minus a small piece of pizza I ate at dinner :/ I found a great website with lots of exercises on it. I did quite a few of them tonight, hopefully I will be sore again tomorrow. ONLY 37 DAYS LEFT!!!!
No more excuses, I need to kick my butt into shape!
Motivation of the day: To wear a tight shirt and NOT feel fat!
I would love some support on here!

Well today went pretty well. I ate healthy minus some popcorn I ate when I got home around 3. I also didn't get up early and exercise but I did do an arm workout this evening. I am happy to say I am sore from yesterday's workout which is good!
My boyfriend is coming for the weekend and I don't know how to workout with him here...I don't want to do it in front of him! haha. Any suggestions of how I could do it without offending him?

Its 1033 and I really want to get a snack but I need to break my bad habits so I'm going to write on here instead :) I'll get a glass of water instead.

Soo it's day 1... I'm going away to disney with my boyfriend in 39 days!! Not only will I have to wear shorts and short sleeved shirts, I will be meeting his best friend and his wife for the first time. I really don't like what I see in the mirror and I am going to work hard every day to try and change that. Today I ate horrible but did a workout from exercise TV. Tomorrow I am going to get up early, do a quick workout, then shower and start my day. I am also going to eat healthy tomorrow an...
