Its my first day!
I did okay today came close to all my numbers on my own. I was a little low an some things and a little high on other things. I realized where I was messing up. I like to snack when I'm cooking my dinner and I grab whatever is convient, chips, cheese and crackers, a glass ortwo of wine, things that would bring me over on my fat intake for the day.
