At least I keep trying. Why is food so good?! ugh BAD food, I love healthy food too but it's not what my body craves... Does it make sense that the heavier I get the more craving I get for gross food? 30 lbs ago I craved juices (greens and fruits homemade juices) tofu and organic and now fast food? is it stress? hormonal? AHHH! whatever it is I'm ready to change it AGAIN.
