Damn. I have been at this for over a week now, and nary a pound has been lost. This makes me sad in my heart place.

Well, I have been at it this long, press on and all that...
I should probably start to exercise on a regular basis.

So much going on! Run here, run there...good thing I like to stay busy.
I am really having trouble eating all of my calories. I wonder if this happens to other people? Well, better less than more right?

I did a great job of controling myself yesterday. Sadly, I think I did too well. I was only a little above 800 calories. (insert gameshow fail music now)
This staying at the right number of calories things is obviously going to take some practice.

Well, this is my third day of being a calorie counter. It's kind of fun so far, but much like everything else, I lose interest after about two weeks and that is that. I am happy to have found this website. I wanted to join Weight Watchers. That has worked for me in the past. But I am just not in a position to do that. Financialy anyway. So, I was pretty happy to have wound up here. I had no idea that to lose weight I need to eat so few calories. Well, maybe not so few...I just set my goal higher...
