Today I got off to a late start, but managed to eat 3 of 6 planed meals. So I got on the scale to see if it slowed me down in the weight loss process. I guess it didn't. I weighed in at 214.8...every oz counts. So i read an article that said a person usually losses 4 lbs their first week. With that being said, I must be on track. Today I went walking around the campus for about 30 mins. I walked a mile, that is something I have not been able to do in a very long time. I made e feel empowered and focused me on the reason I wanted to get healthy in the first place. Hubby is doing his workout his way and am doing mine my way.
