I made through the first week of my fitclick regeime and lost 9 lbs, which is very good. I probably could have lost a bit more if I hadn't had that melted butter with my cracked crab or the cole slaw and two pieces of garlic bread, but darn it, I was hungry Saturday night and out with two other couples, so it was worth it.
This week I want to restrain from weighing myself each day. I think it could eventually undermine me because it is discouraging if I don't lose,
