so my birthday is coming up, and i really want to be able to use a bikini. I'm also sick of being chubby. Up until 10th grade I have always been skinny. I want to be 120 pounds at the end of this journey. I am hoping to be at least 150 by my birthday in 7 weeks. that seems reasonable right? 3 pounds a week? i really need advice, quotes to not give up, and work out videos. i hope this is the place im looking for. starting tomorrow i will workout, run, walk, swim, and i will NOT eat junk
