On January 2nd, i plan to start my journey of losing 20 pounds. Currently i weigh 165, and id like to get down to 145 by March 17th (my birthday). So id like to accomplish this in aprox. 2 months. Im pretty confident that this can be done. With alittle motivation & encouragement from everyone on this site, i know i will be able to do this. I am going to kick it into full gear on Monday and my life will change. Im ready to be a whole new person (:
