At this point, I am only considered to be slightly overwheight.  Since starting my diet and exercise tracker, I have kept eating the way I was before to see how much of a change I need to make, and it's amazing how many calories I am eating.  I haven't met my goal for calories, fat, protein, or carbs these past 2 days.  I realize how much planning is going to be involved with my weight loss...but I think I am beginning to see what sorts of foods I should be eating.  Once I st...

I just found this website, and I'm hoping this will finally be the motivation I need to get myself back in shape!  I was an athlete for almost 20 years, and have found it hard to make myself workout without having practices to go to.  I found myself continuing to eat as if I were working out at least 2 hours a day.  I want that energy back and the confidence in myself that I have been missing the past couple years.  Here it goes!
