Today I went for a 5 mile walk. Was really nice to get out there in the sun. I could've walked longer, but was getting late. I am feeling much better since I have started really watching what I eat and working out as much as possible, even the little 15 minutes of running the stairs makes a huge difference. I am down 1.2 lbs from yesterday, I am really looking forward to continuing on my path to a healthy new life.

This website looks really cool. I need something that will show me how I am doing and will guide me along the way. If anyone has any suggestions for me please share. Well, tomorrow will be my first day trying this out. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.
