As I stated, I started with a goal of loosing 15 pounds.  I already lost 4!  

I have always been an athlete, and blessed with high metabolism.  I gained some weight recently (over the last 2 years) becuase I have not had time to work out.  My gym closed and I started grad school.  I couldn't afford the other gyms in the area.  Well, my work opened a gym and I started going on Monday.  Man it feels great.&nb...
