My mom has just started working out and eating right and what not.
For the last two weeks she has completley cut alchohol from her life, eats healthy, lean meats and fish. Vegtables, no grains, and she drinks like 15+ glasses of water a day.
She excersizes so much, spins while she watches tv, and when bored and the girl never stops moving.
She was so excited about her healthy new life style and then today she steps on the scale, and what!!!!! 5 extra pounds!

So as I wrote in my latest blog posting, I am pregnant again and I feel like a balloon. Most people love getting the belly bump, but I am more aprehensive about getting big this time around. I know that I am not "fat" percay but I have a belly and I am gaining weight unlike never before, and I even have a hard time sitting up from a laying down position, and I am only 20 weeks along. I havent been on here in a while which means I am pretty far behind. Now im pregnant and i want to maintain healthy eating habits and excersize routines throughout the next 7 months. last time I was weighed a month ago I was at 111 lbs, I want to get to 135 during my pregnancy. it feels odd trying to eat this much even with my cravings I cant seem to meet my goal easily. But here we go again, wish me luck!

k, im new to this stuff. I dont go on diets, i have never had to in my life, but now im 18 and im under weight, so im on here trying to gain 15 lbs and looking on these diets, everything is to lose weight and if they are to gain weight they are for men!! I have a very fast mtabolism and lose weight quickly so my body is burning off more calories than im taking in, this is so hard. 6 meals a day, 3000 calories, how the heck am i supposed to do that.
