This week I started my journey to get down to a target weight of 125lbs. I am currently 140lbs. This week I did insanity by beach body 3 days and p90x 1 day. Tonight I am thinking about mixing my workout up with something that includes weights most of my workout this week so far was cardio and plyometrics.
