Let's be honest. It's not easy to always do the right thing. And weight loss is not easy. It's a change of life style. There are no magic pills or a portable workout arena that is going to get you looking and feeling better. It all depends on YOU.

In order to be healthy, you need to live a healthy lifestyle. What works is what you are going to do for the rest of your life. So hear are some things for DO's and DON'Ts that may answer some questions and make things easier to realize....

In the Beggining...

When I first went to basic, I probably couldn't do more than a couple of lousy pushups and situps, and I definately could not run worth a damn. We are talking like a 13 minute mile. Although the summer before I left for basic I was in karate and did some workouts here and there, it was like I was doing the bare minimum. I had no motivation, and I hated working out. Why would I put myself through so much pain?

When I did finally get there, I wasn't in the worst ...
