Didn't do well today at all....was running around and so busy that I didn't take time to eat well. I actually didn't eat most of the day..did have two alcoholic bevs with friends...no good on water intake...I did walk around the mall several times and went up and down the stairs at the mall several times. Worked up a sweat anyway. Will try and do better tomorrow. I have lost the five pounds that was gained though. I have a new trainer starting on Monday...his name is Shane and I'm really hoping...
