Well I got up at 6am and realized I didn't have the food on my menu for today.....I was able to go into the diet planner and use what I ate that was on my menu and add what wasn't...I made it under goal calories...I will be going to the grocery store tomorrow to get what is on my list. I need to add excersize to my program...I made it!
