Wow! Over 3000 calories today. Recording what I eat really helps open my eyes to what is going into my mouth. I am not losing weight because I eat too much. I only have myself to blame.

I miss Tobie this week, but it has been good for me to realize that I can go the gym alone. Three days so far this week, and all the workouts and food are recorded on Fitclick. What a difference it makes in my attitude towards food. The Reese's are not there to be consumed. They don't speek to me. I can have one and stop. I can act like a skinny girl. WOW!

Weighed myself a couple of days ago. 187.4. That's almost what I weighed when I was pregnant. I am mad, disappointed, embarrassed. I hadn't been to the gym all week. I went this morning and did 3.25 miles in 45 minutes. I feel good. I had oatmeal for breakfast and I'm bringing soup for lunch. Water, water, water.

I'm having so much fun putting in some of my favorite recipes. It's super easy and incredibly eye opening. It's a great feeling to be taking care of myself, planning ahead and realizing that I can eat with my family. I don't have to buy special foods or give up my favorites. It's about portion control and choices.
