So with the amount of food i ate today I for sure thought I was over my calories for the day. I am glad to see that I wasn't. I also really wanted a donut my mom had bought home this morning, but I resisted and instead had some strawberries and a fat free yogurt! I'm very proud of myself for that. I don't want to get off track again. :) I'm losing weight and feeling good, i feel like I can do anything.

I feel motivated to eat well. I am actually enjoying the good for me foods I have been eating these last couple of days and I am full!! I'm finally full and I haven't had the urge to eat just because I'm bored, or sad, or whatever! I'm gonna keep this up this time and completely change my lifestyle!
That being said I don't really feel like working out right now but I'm gonna clean the living room and maybe take a walk. Today was a good day.
