I haven't gone online in awhile, but I have been sticking with my diet. I feel so old because the other day I pulled something in my back and have been walking around like a old fat lady.
Good news! I'm down 6 pounds. I'm at 170. Is it possible to be down to 160 by Xmas? That gives me three months. I believe its possible and I think I can get down to the 150's.
Need motivation!

Not too Bad today:
Breakfast: Slim Fast
Lunch: 1/2 Chicken & Mozzeralla Wrap w/ Diet Coke
Dinner: 1/2 Chicken & Mozzeralla Wrap w/ Skim Milk
Very tired today.. need to get my energy level up. I keep looking at my friends who are thin and just had kids. I can be like that!

Okay! I do not have an excuse anymore! Last year at this time I was doing so well and had got down to 150 when I started getting sick... well I had morning sickness!
My life is very hectic; I work full time, married and have a little baby girl. I had to cancel my gym membership last year when I found out I was pregnant to put away that extra money.
I do not have an excuse( I know I keep on saying that phrase) but really I do not. I have a dog, a bike, weights... I can still work out.
