Okay, so I got a little off track. Now, it's time to get back on track. My church is doing a 21 day fast. You can't eat any breads, pasta, meat or wine. So, I figure what a way to start the New Year. I am hoping this will help get me back on track. Plus, my work is doing a weight race. Good luck to all who are either starting a new plan or continuing on their journey to a healthier New Year!
