One hour. That's all. One hour. You can change your physical and mental well being in one hour How? Get off your ass and move. And keep moving. First law of physics: a body in motion stays in motion; a body at rest stays at rest. I get it. People do hate to exercise. Think about this: One hour a day can change your whole life.
