I need a workout plan. I need to know what is healthy and will show the results I want. How long and how many days do I need to workout to start loosing weight. I had been going 3-5 days a week for about 30 minutes. Weight has not changed and I am getting discouraged. I leave the gym very sweaty and beat. I do take meds for my thyroid, and am starting to track what I eat. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanks
