I'm ROBYN,f,52,5'7tall,who stuggles with compulsive eating and am overweight about 190lbs.i need to lose some weight and keep[ it off.Would like to hear from other women that also stuggle too with compulsive/binge/emotional eating that are also older.It hard to find other older women  with food issues.i need to ejoy execise and do it dailyfor 30 mins at least.I'm on facebook asRobyn Clark with
