well off to slow start it is like every one tried to keep me up last night. i charted my food and so far i drank about a 2 cups water. like i said a slow start. well we wil see how today prospers .

Well i got over my pitty trip and i found the exersize video i use to do called walk off the pounds 1 mile walk and i started that today was my first time and i figured i could do it twice a day and on every other day i can go to the gym to use there exersize ball for some crunches lets see how i do.

I come to realize how out of shape i am.  I use to dance native style and now im lucky if i can get 5 minutes out of it and dance is my passion but i realize even trying zumba i get out of breath in less than 5 minutes.  i want to be healthy. i have always been the fat girl now i want to be the healthy girl for a change

well last night i slipped and acted like i had a whole to fill. but acording to the calorie log i didn't go over but it was a late night eating. man i now i shouldn't after 7pm but i did now i get to pay with more work outs i started jumping jacks. who new at 295 i could do them i even got thinking about jump rope like when i was younger.
