5/31/10 Today I did not feel like excercising.However at the end of the day I feel great because I walked a 40 minute power walk accompanied by sets of sqauts and step up leg crunches.
6/1/10 Today I took a break from working out Went a lil bit over my calorie goal. Ate out twice today only ate half my burger from sizzler. Tomorrow Ill start over again fresh and keep going.
