I have been dedicated to getting on my treadmill 4 to 5 times a week since I have purchased it in Februrary. I aim to jog 3 miles a day in 45 minutes, i did exceed before I injuried my ankle and was unable to workout for 2 weeks. Getting myself to jog the full 3 miles is challenging now. Now no matter what I finish 3 miles during each workout even if I have to walk it. I hope to get back to jogging the full 3 miles soon.

Recording my calorie intake is really helping me out. I have been taking steps back before deciding to eat certain foods. I am glad that I am finally seeing results.

After tracking my calorie intake for the past couple of days watching the calories add up helps me realize how much I eat and what I eat. I have slowly been decreasing some of my eatting habits and it makes me feel great. Knowing how much calories I should intake a day to lose weight also helps a lot.

Ever since I stopped nursing my daughter when she was around 8 months old I have been none stop gaining weight. I was closer to my pre-pregnancy weight right when I stopped nursing my daughter than I am now. I have been trying to lose weight since the beginning of summer but nothing is coming off.
