Aside from feeling pretty tired, things are going well. I've had a couple of mood swings, but I feel like my body is starting to adjust to the new diet, and my body is responding positively to this whole new working out thing! I've only got one problem- no money and no gym pass! Oh well, I get paid on Tuesday, so hopefully I will get my ass down to a gym...or print out a seven day free trial if i could track down a printer. Hello Again!
So, after three days of diet and excercise, I really tried to push myself today. Today I ran on the elliptical and road the bike as well as weights, Now that I list it, it doesn't seem like that much, but I really did work hard. It feels good to be active again. I was always a strong athlete in my younger days, but after I broke my femur, I kind of gave up my athletic career, or track...Any way, I'm pretty excited because people have already noticed a little bit of a differen...

Hello!
So, this is new to me....and by this I mean blogging...and working out. I'm a twenty-two (soon to be twenty-three) year old woman. I live in Montana, and work full time at a restaraunt.
