I am now getting closer to my original goal of 160 lbs. The bar is set higher now...I would now like to get to 154/155 and stay at that healthy weight.

Getting back in Shape

April 13, 2010. Today A1C results came out. I am 5.5...down from 6.5 in January. People with Diabetes would know this. A1C is average of blood sugar and for healthy adult who have not been diagnosed with Diabetes it is suppose to stay below 6.5.   I guess watching what I ate and discipline in working out has paid. I need to do slightly better job in eating. I occasionally splurge and loose control on my diet and that has counterproductive results.
