Here I am again trying to get on the weight loss kick again. Iv'e bee trying to loose weight for a long time. Part my Fault, part not having the money to buy special for foods for just myself. I have to think of a meal and a way to cook it cheaply and with enough to go around. Some time healthy foods get tossed to wayside because they are usually more expensive. How can we stay focust of a diet without enough money?
