so i'm on day fourteen, i'm starting to loose the motivation i had in the first week, mostly because i feel tired all the time. once i talk myself up and actually get to the gym i hit it hard and i feel good afterwards. its just frustrating to go to work and be tired all day, especially when my job is slightly physically demanding. i'm wondering if there is any natural way to increase my energy level? if anyone knows.
