I love this site! It helps me to be aware of my actual calorie intake. Today I started ouy with a filling yet healthy breakfast, which contained only 435 calories!! My goal is only 800 calories per day. I way 148 pounds now and I aiming for 125 -130 pounds in 30 days. I hope I can do it.
