Hi I'm T. I'm trying to lose a total of 10 lbs. at the most 16 lbs. I'm 29 years old 5'8 and now 140 lbs. (However I was 143 a week ago) and I have some muscle (I've been working out 5 - 6 days a week for over 10 years). I've always been bigger due to my height and my hip bones are really huge!!!
I'm obsessed with exercise, but it's not having a positive effect on me because I overtrain. I recently cut back from an hour of cardio everyday and circuit training ever...
