Forgot to weight myself this morning not that i thin i lost ne weight. But regardless it's 8 :30 am and it's already been a crazy morning. I'm eating weight smart oatmeal and its pretty good. I'm really waiting for my coffee to be done. coffee is going to be my hardest thing to cut back on I NEED IT lol.
i plan to go to the gym for the body pump class i think it's aerobics. that won't be until 5 those i have a 2 o'clock meeting. so ill prolly foget to put a lunch in today but i'll fill yo...

ok so i have to work on eating at the right times but i joined the gym today and i have my work out plan for a week by week. i go back tonight for the cycling class super excited. for lunch im eating a smartones chicken alfredo with broc and noodles with a bottle of water. dinner shall be my true test if i can stick to my smart one and not touch the kids dinner. i will let u know how it works :) again good luck everyone.
