My diet is lousy

I have been working out and lowering calories in my diet. for two weeks now. and things are going well.
I stated Fitclicks not long about a few days ago. and i have been putting everything in I Eat. I thought i was doing good. But the according to the targets i am not. My caloire are about right even lower than the should be. (a good thing) but my protien and carbo and fat are all out of wack i need to refine a little bit. I have a big goal of 100Lbs of weight loss. But i am trying not to drasticly change what i am eating. Just work it so i can stick with the diet for the long haul.
My weekness is sweet tea and i cut the amount of sugar in half and that seems to work for me. and drinking more water each day also helps. but i still need to lower fat and protein.
