Good news. two weeks ago i went to town and bought some pants. Size 48 Waist. Size 48 OMG..... So i did not wear them they were dress pants and i have not had a need. So day before yesterday I went in and put them on.. and they slid off me .... I took the pants and took them back to the store and exchange them for one two SIZES two SIZE s Smaller WOOOO WOOOOO
I know i have a long way to go BUT at least it looks like i am making progress. I started this journey at 355 L...

I have been working out and lowering calories in my diet. for two weeks now. and things are going well.
I stated Fitclicks not long about a few days ago. and i have been putting everything in I Eat. I thought i was doing good. But the according to the targets i am not. My caloire are about right even lower than the should be. (a good thing) but my protien and carbo and fat are all out of wack i need to refine a little bit. I have a big goal of 100Lbs of weight loss. But i am tryi...
