The walking I am doing

I show in my work out a Brisk walk as my cardio. And i wanted to describe this.
I live in a mountain Area at 8,000 feet in elevation. the roads here are made of large rocks from peanut size to softball size. the ground is very unleveled and you are walking up or down hill all the time... So i routed my walk so that the down hills would be long and easy and the uphills would be extreme. On my 2 mile Route there is a 200 Feet difference in elevation over the route. and i walk a a very brisk pace with the techno music in the i pod it is hard not to. I keep my heart rate high. but my ability to maintain my breath on the steep uphill parts is very hard.
One some of the flatter parts of my circuit i will be adding jogging basically a Airborne shuffle slow and easy so i don't twist or break anything. But if you live on flat ground you could use a inclined treadmill if you set it to the max incline. Some of the hills in my circuit are over a 45deg incline
